Over 100 years of experience in woodworking

Our family has worked with timber in Ūziņi for more than a century. Before the First World War, Kristaps Strūve, who began the Strūve family’s woodworking tradition, established the first workshop and sawmill, laying the foundations of a craft that has continued through multiple generations.

During the Soviet period, the sawmill was nationalised, but the site continued operating as a woodworking facility. After Latvia regained its independence, the business was returned to the Strūve family. Ainārs Strūve restored and continued the operation and still runs the company today, preserving both the trade and the family name.

Today, we cut timber to order and produce non-standard pallets and wooden crates at the same location where the Strūve family has worked with wood for four generations, focusing on practical, durable solutions for real cargo and proper use.
